PhysX Fixer is a very simple tool that installs the required PhysX files for Mass Effect 3 directly into the game directory, bypassing the need for the PhysX installer that normally is run when the game is installed.
The problem is that the PhysX installer is designed in a very strange way, and there is no way to install it on a 32-bit system.
The solution to this problem is simple:
You just have to run the program and point it at the game exe.
The program will load the dlls and the exe, and it will work!
You don't need to do anything else.
You can even run the program as administrator, in order to be able to install the dlls and exe into the game directory.
